Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes for diverse roles.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate the onboarding process for employees.
  • Provide day-to-day coaching and counsel to management on HR issues.
  • Manage employee relations issues and work to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and incentive programs accurately.
  • Develop training and development programs to support employee growth and retention.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to support organizational decision-making.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Coordinate and manage performance review processes consistently and objectively.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a positive company culture and work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a human resources generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices at local and federal levels.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact across all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred but not mandatory.
