Guest Service Associate - Food & Beverage (225-801)

Responsibilities

• Verify guest identification for age-restricted beverages when serving alcohol.
• Respond promptly to guests' questions and complaints with solutions and alternatives.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, and service areas.
• Process cash and credit card transactions quickly and accurately at checkout.
• Ensure all food and beverage orders are correctly fulfilled to guests' satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate meal preparation.
• Upsell additional menu items or special promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss service improvements and updates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality studies preferred.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service or similar role required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills essential for this role.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods required.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
