Job Description

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to manage direct sales in a specified territory by identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and presenting our product offerings.   • Maintain a daily record of sales activity and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies aligning with sales goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any queries or issues.
  • Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and networking events as required.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the company regarding client and market demands.
  • Continuously update product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Strong understanding and experience with sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the designated sales territory is required.
  • Capability to work independently and manage your schedule and sales activities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
