Job Description

We are searching for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities through a combination of in-person visits, phone calls, and emails. Your main objective will be to increase sales revenue and market share for our company's product or service portfolio. You must be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills that enable you to identify and fulfill client needs effectively. This role demands a proactive approach to sales and the ability to diligently manage customer relationships to achieve sales targets. You should possess the flexibility to adapt to developing markets and a rapidly changing business environment.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential new customers to expand market reach and sales.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to assess client needs and present products.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective account management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share ideas and improve sales strategies continuously.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate reports on sales activity and customer feedback for management review.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the designated schedule and territory.
  • Provide detailed and concise information about products, services, and pricing to prospects.
  • Work with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Attend industry-related events and networking opportunities to support business expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful field sales experience in relevant industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools is required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business meetings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer queries and issues.
  • Driver's license and own transportation are required for field visits.
