Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services. You will enhance brand awareness in the digital space, drive website traffic, and acquire leads/customers. You will work closely with the marketing team, and be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various platforms to engage, inform, and inspire both internal and external audiences. Your expertise will help to generate revenue, capture leads, and create significant social media presence, thus ensuring the business maintains its leading position within the industry. Adaptability, creativity, and a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies are essential as you lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Your role demands a progressive thinker who exhibits accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding organizational skills.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote the company effectively.
  • Oversee the social media strategy, including content creation and audience engagement.
  • Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the company website.
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate.
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing that can boost engagement.
  • Manage all digital marketing channels such as website, blogs, and emails.
  • Research and forecast future sales and growth opportunities in digital markets.
  • Coordinate with adhesive departments to bolster efficiency in digital strategies.
  • Work in close collaboration with data science teams for marketing data insights.
  • Design and manage social media advertising campaigns to meet business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing industry trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and social media platforms necessary.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics imperative.
  • Proficient understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication skills required to articulate complex marketing concepts.
