As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, identifying their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive sales and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share among corporate customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting corporate clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements that align with company objectives and client needs.
  • Provide customized solutions to corporate clients based on their specific requirements and challenges.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business threats or opportunities.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential and current corporate clients.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM software.
  • Provide feedback and insights to management regarding client needs and market dynamics.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in corporate sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to understand and analyze complex business needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with corporate clients or attend industry events.
