Job Description

The Corporate Sales Executive role is a strategic and dynamic position responsible for driving B2B sales growth within a targeted market. This position plays a critical role in acquiring new business clients and managing relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will work closely with the sales management team to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through effective market research.

  • Develop customized proposals and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to streamline the sales process and maximize efficiency.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' strategies to identify competitive advantages.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager regarding sales activities and achievements.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable sales deals with clients.
  • Participate in networking events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness and sales.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through post-sale support and service delivery.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to better serve client needs and queries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales environments.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
