Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (Retail), you'll play a vital role in steering our company's growth within the retail sector. Your primary function will be to identify new business opportunities that align with our strategic goals and oversee the implementation of initiatives to boost revenue and market presence. You'll engage with key industry stakeholders, analyze market trends, and ensure our products and services meet the evolving needs of our retail clients. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in business development within the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Strong understanding of retail industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve business development goals.
