The Account Director for Talent Solutions is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for managing and expanding our biggest accounts while driving strategic relationships with key decision-makers. This role demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale accounts and providing innovative human resources solutions. The ideal candidate will focus on understanding client needs, offering tailored workforce solutions, and ensuring satisfaction while exploring growth opportunities. The Account Director ensures that the company remains competitive by constantly evaluating and enhancing our talent solutions offerings. This dynamic position requires excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to achieve set goals and objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to grow and retain top-tier clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive talent solutions.
  • Analyze market trends to optimize services and meet evolving client needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage the execution of service agreements.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client satisfaction and solution effectiveness.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure high-level client engagement through regular updates and consultations.
  • Oversee client onboarding to ensure a seamless transition and service delivery.
  • Continually assess and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to support account management goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in account management or talent solutions.
  • Proven experience handling large enterprise clients in a competitive market.
  • Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze data and recognize trends to improve service offerings.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of current talent acquisition technologies and strategies is beneficial.
