  • Conduct thorough research and collate information for client projects as needed.
  • Assist in managing and organizing client databases and maintaining records.
  • Handle inquiries and communication through email, phone, and chat platforms.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and their teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Manage social media accounts and update content as directed by clients.
  • Perform billing and invoicing tasks, keeping financial records updated accurately.
  • Track and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist in organizing virtual events including webinars and online conferences.
  • Update and maintain an organized filing system for digital information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role is required.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills are necessary for this role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for effective client interaction.
  • High-speed internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup is mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload efficiently is a key requirement.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Asana is beneficial.
  • Basic bookkeeping skills would be an advantageous addition to your skill set.
