Job Description

The position of Telesales Executive involves engaging potential clients through phone calls, showcasing products or services, and generating sales leads to contribute to the company’s revenue goals. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex products and services effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory.
  • Skillful in using CRM software and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends to achieve sales goals.
