Job Description

The Store Executive is a pivotal role responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of a retail store to ensure seamless functioning and optimal customer satisfaction. They are tasked with supervising staff, enhancing customer service, managing inventory levels, and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and profitability. As the face of the store, the Store Executive is also responsible for leading by example, maintaining store standards, and implementing policies effectively. This role requires a combination of leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic retail environment. The Store Executive collaborates closely with other departments to align store operations with the company's strategic goals.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient store environment.
  • Manage and train store staff to enhance customer service skills and boost morale.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock replenishments.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
  • Conduct regular store audits to maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor sales trends and adjust pricing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Prepare sales and financial reports for management review and decision-making.

  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize logistics and delivery schedules.
  • Create and maintain visual merchandising standards to attract and engage shoppers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a retail management role with a track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills to motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify market trends.
  • Ability to manage time and resources efficiently to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in retail software and Microsoft Office Suite.
