We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decisions to enhance our products and deliver outstanding value to our customers. You will leverage your analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from data, improve our products' performance, and provide recommendations for future product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product analytics, experience with data visualization tools, and excellent problem-solving skills. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers to define key performance indicators and success metrics.
• Utilize data visualization tools to create comprehensive, easy-to-understand dashboards.
• Perform A/B testing and cohort analysis to evaluate product feature effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven product development strategies.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure proper data collection and integrity.
• Develop and maintain detailed analytical documentation for product team reference.
• Identify data gaps and work on implementing solutions to fill these gaps efficiently.
• Lead cross-functional analytics projects to support business priorities and objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product analytics and insights.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts to develop their analytical capabilities and skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in product analytics or related roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• High-level analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Python or R is an added advantage.
