Job Description

As a Social Media Executive, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence, crafting and curating our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement with our audience. You will be responsible for creating appealing, varied content and managing daily social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Your role will also involve monitoring media trends and making data-driven decisions to improve our digital tactics. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. You will collaborate with other departments to align social media content with organizational goals and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in voice and brand messaging.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content for various social media platforms daily.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess the performance and efficacy of campaigns.
  • Engage with social media followers, respond to queries, and manage community interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create informative and visually appealing content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and digital trends for potential opportunities.
  • Run and manage paid social media campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
  • Track and report on online reviews and feedback to enhance brand reputation.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media efforts, growth, and ROI for stakeholders.
  • Utilize social listening tools to gather insights about brand perception and audience sentiment.
  • Assist in developing crisis management strategies for potential social media issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for crafting engaging content.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and interpreting data for insights.
  • Creative thinker with outstanding problem-solving abilities for digital campaigns.
