Job Description

The Senior Executive – HR is an essential role responsible for managing and streamlining human resources processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position plays a pivotal role in both strategic and operational HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to foster a positive work culture. They will serve as a key liaison between management and employees, ensuring that HR strategies align with organizational goals. In addition, the Senior Executive – HR will implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, contributing significantly to the overall success of the company.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies to uphold company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proven experience in driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
