Job Description

A Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and IT capabilities. Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed market analyses and track industry trends relevant to the business area.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders at various levels to understand and implement business strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive business models and documentation to facilitate understanding among teams.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
  • Gather and document detailed requirements from business users and technical teams.
  • Design and verify test plans to ensure successful system implementations and enhancements.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordinate project meetings with stakeholders.
  • Create reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Review and validate implemented solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to encourage solution adoption and performance.
  • Continuously monitor and refine business processes for ongoing improvements and efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analysis role.
  • Strong knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and conduct training sessions for diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in dynamic environments.
