Job Description

As a Sales Executive (Retail), you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction in our store. Your primary objective is to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience. You will be responsible for generating sales through effective product presentations, building strong client relationships, and keeping up-to-date with the latest market trends. Responsibilities

  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

  • Keep track of inventory levels and coordinate with stock replenishment activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in retail sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven retail environment.
  • Outstanding persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales successfully.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
