Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Representative plays a pivotal role in identifying and bringing new business opportunities to fruition, as well as maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships. This position demands a dynamic individual with a robust understanding of sales processes, strategic marketing, and excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing sales strategies that align with the organization’s goals, which involves both direct sales tactics and broader marketing activities. An ideal candidate for this role is self-motivated, results-driven, and possesses a proven track record in sales and marketing fields. They should be comfortable working autonomously, as well as collaboratively within a team to optimize customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts, while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to develop marketing strategies and ensure brand consistency.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports, as well as realistic forecasts to management.
  • Maintain company’s digital presence across various platforms, ensuring active engagement with audiences.
  • Organize and participate in industry events to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor competition status, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain competitiveness.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality in delivery of services.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing and ensuring the resolution of client issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive sales metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a cohesive team environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
