Job Description

The Project Co-ordinator is a vital part of our project management team, providing top-notch support and contributing to the seamless execution of diverse projects across the organization. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Project Co-ordinator will collaborate closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are adhered to, budgets are maintained, and outcomes meet the required standards. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to support project execution.
  • Assist in preparing project proposals, timeframes, schedules, and budgets for planned projects.
  • Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and report to the project manager.
  • Liaise with clients to clarify project requirements, scopes, and objectives effectively.
  • Ensure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve and update teams as necessary.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants regularly.
  • Participate in meetings and provide reports and documentation to facilitate project tracking.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports with high accuracy.
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery success.
  • Assist in managing project risks and opportunities by providing insightful solutions.
  • Support the Project Manager in administrative tasks and day-to-day project coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Co-ordinator or in a similar role.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Exceptional client-facing and teamwork skills with a proactive approach.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is preferred.
