Plant Operator 14D25

As a Plant Operator 14D25, you will play a critical role in managing the daily operations of our plant facility. This position is crucial to ensuring that our plant runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the plant equipment that supports our production lines. Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the plant equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections, adjustments, and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
• Analyze and log plant operational data to assess efficiency and performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Report any incidents or safety hazards immediately to the management team.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and best practices.
• Train and mentor junior operators to ensure high levels of competency and performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless plant operations and product delivery.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in plant operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a plant or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of plant equipment and machinery operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
