Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital advertising strategy and execution for our company. This position requires an individual with a keen understanding of digital marketing channels, exceptional data analysis skills, and the ability to manage campaigns that deliver measurable results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize various digital marketing efforts, including paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic advertising. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, flexible, and have a strong foundation in using marketing technology to drive growth and enhance company performance.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Oversee end-to-end management and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging ad content for different platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and make informed decisions.
  • Manage budget allocations, forecasting, and reporting of campaign expenditures and outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing industry.
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Track and measure key performance indicators to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
  • Test different performance marketing techniques to continually improve outcomes.
  • Ensure that all campaigns adhere to industry regulations and company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a performance marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major ad platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance metrics tracking tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
