Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and strengthen partnerships.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Identify client needs and work with internal teams to develop strategic solutions.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for corporate stakeholders.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and prepare presentations and proposals for clients and sales teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and competitive positioning.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues faced by clients and determine corrective solutions.
  • Provide management with feedback on client interactions and service enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Executive or similar role in sales.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential for this position.
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation for sales contracts.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail.
