We are seeking a highly skilled Odoo Functional Analyst to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of our ERP implementations. Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis and map client needs to the Odoo platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define new system requirements effectively.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions within Odoo.
• Configure Odoo modules and customize workflows to meet specific business needs.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure system integrity by regularly monitoring the Odoo platform settings and configurations.
• Assist with data migration, implementation, and integration of Odoo with other systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and customizations.
• Perform system testing and support client testing as required to ensure quality solutions.
• Participate in the design and implementation of new processes streamlined via Odoo.
• Maintain regular communication with the development team to optimize functionalities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Odoo applications and improve system efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Analyst or similar role for three years or more.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Odoo ERP and its functional capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Odoo modules to align with business needs.
