Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and be adept at problem-solving, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing first-class customer service. As an IT Support expert, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of our technology services, resolving technical issues both remotely and on-site, and ensuring that all technical aspects of the organization run smoothly. You will work closely with other departments to support a range of systems and applications, and you will play a critical role in our ability to deliver high-quality products and services to our clients. Your ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot complex problems, and deliver timely solutions will be essential to success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to end-users for IT-related concerns and incidents.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware-related issues within established timeframes.
  • Install, configure, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure and network solutions.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all computer equipment and technical assets.
  • Create and update documentation for IT processes and support procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain system performance and perform regular security checks.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to resolve technical and service issues.
  • Participate in IT projects and system upgrades to improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to end-users on system functionalities.
  • Respond to emergency technical issues outside of standard working hours as needed.
  • Ensure that all IT support activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a technical support or IT role.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, including a variety of software applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with cloud solutions and data management practices is a plus.
