Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and cost estimates for IT initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders throughout its lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and manage project changes and ensure adherence to change control processes.
• Lead efforts in quality assurance, ensuring project deliverables meet established standards.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering professional growth and development.
• Co-ordinate post-implementation reviews and identify areas for improvement and learning.
• Ensure all project documentation is completed and archived correctly for future reference.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and productivity tools like MS Project.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or related project management certification preferred.
