Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Human Resources Executive to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and performance.
  • Oversee performance management systems and provide guidance on appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations to minimize legal risks.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to reflect industry best practices.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive company culture.
  • Handle employee grievances and mediate disputes to ensure workplace harmony.
  • Analyze HR metrics and generate reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes to provide new hires with a seamless entry experience.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive salary packages.
  • Support management in strategic planning through workforce planning insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven experience of at least three years in an HR executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
