The HR Specialist is a pivotal role within the human resources department, dedicated to executing HR-related tasks with precision and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines as necessary.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions professionally and discreetly.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist with payroll processing and address related inquiries or issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and regulations is essential.
