The HR Administrator at 27N25 plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by performing a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employee onboarding processes to ensure smooth induction into the company.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures promptly.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary employee information and updates.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR departmental goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR activities and undertakings.
  • Support in preparing HR reports and presentations for management review.
  • Coordinate company training sessions, seminars, and workshops as needed.
  • Manage employee benefit programs, including enrollment and updating records as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support during annual performance review processes efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory.
  • High level of confidentiality and professional integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with current HR trends, labor laws, and best practices is essential.
