As a Front Office Executive, you will be the face of our company, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients, visitors, and employees. The role demands a high degree of professionalism and organizational skills, as you will be responsible for the seamless coordination of front office activities. You will be handling communication by phone and email, greeting visitors, managing appointments, and maintaining records. Responsibilities

  • Welcome all visitors and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.

  • Maintain a well-organized and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Coordinate with other departments to schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
  • Maintain records and manage filing systems for smooth information retrieval.
  • Assist in preparing correspondence, documents, and reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant organizational standards and procedures.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory to meet operational needs.
  • Support the team by undertaking administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Assist visitors with all necessary assistance, including escorting to meeting locations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a front office or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor consistently.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications are a plus.
