Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine project objectives, requirements, and budgets.
• Develop and present project proposals that outline technical specifications and designs.
• Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects.
• Coordinate with engineers and construction teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure adherence to design quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and architectural standards.
• Evaluate the environmental impact of the project and suggest sustainable solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff.
• Offer creative and innovative design solutions to overcome project challenges.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, including 3D renderings and models.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest architectural trends and technologies.
• Maintain effective communication between all parties involved in project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional Architectural license or certification is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with creativity.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with clients and teams.
