Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and maintain high levels of service.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues using effective communication skills.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the database.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as directed by management.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges for customers.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to management.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service efficiency.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and handling quotas effectively.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and management to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and active listening capabilities.
