Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or relations role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications like Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
