Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative with the designation 25N25, you will be at the forefront of ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction. You will act as the first point of contact for our valued customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing essential product and service information. Your role is critical in maintaining and enhancing the company’s reputation by delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. This position requires a patient, empathetic, and communicative team member who can work in a fast-paced environment and is willing to go the extra mile to meet customer needs. A successful candidate will be proactive in solving problems and developing long-term customer relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, processes, and file documentation thoroughly.
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies at all times.
  • Regularly review customer accounts and make necessary adjustments and updates.
  • Contribute to the team’s effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Implement feedback from customers and use it to improve service standards.
  • Participate in educational workshops to improve knowledge and skills related to customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred in relevant field.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in busy environments.
  • A knack for problem-solving and critical thinking to find swift resolutions.
