Job Description

As a Concierge, you play a vital role in ensuring that residents and guests experience exceptional service from their very first interaction. You are the face of our organization and you will provide a warm welcome to everyone who enters. More than just a front-of-house position, the concierge service is about personalizing each guest’s stay and addressing their individual needs with the utmost care and professionalism. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with other staff members, and anticipate guest needs. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and a knack for problem-solving.


Responsibilities

  • Offer a friendly and professional greeting to all residents and guests upon arrival.
  • Provide accurate information and recommendations for local attractions and services.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate luggage delivery and storage services efficiently and securely.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area at all times.
  • Schedule and confirm reservations for dining, sports, and other recreational activities.
  • Compile reports and logs of various activities and operations at the front desk.
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed, such as mail distribution and package management.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Stay informed about local events and communicate these to guests effectively.
  • Ensure all guest inquiries and complaints are managed in a professional manner.
  • Uphold security and confidentiality standards while interacting with guests and handling information.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably as a concierge.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software relevant to the position.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • High level of professionalism with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
  • Problem-solving skills to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
