Job Description

As a Communications & Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and upholding the organization's brand image and reputation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies that will enhance the brand's visibility and engagement with targeted audiences. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of communications, both internal and external, while ensuring that all initiatives align with the company’s brand ethos and values. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the brand messaging is consistent, impactful, and effectively reaches the intended audience. In addition, you will measure and analyze the efficacy of communication strategies and propose improvements to enhance brand perception and market position.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans to enhance brand presence.
  • Oversee the creation of content to promote brand quality and consistency.
  • Manage internal and external communication channels for cohesive messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate communications with marketing strategies.
  • Conduct brand audits and ensure brand integrity across all company platforms.
  • Lead public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation and stakeholder trust.
  • Organize press releases, conferences, and public speaking engagements effectively.
  • Monitor media coverage and manage relationships with media partners and influencers.
  • Analyze communication campaigns' effectiveness and propose actionable improvements.
  • Guide team members to ensure alignment with communication strategies and objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to implement best practices in brand management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least five years of experience in communications or brand management roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful communication campaigns.
  • Experience in media relations and crisis communication management is essential.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
