BIM Designer MEP (225-801)

The BIM Designer MEP is a vital member of the project design team responsible for the development and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline is preferred.
• Proven experience as a BIM Designer with a focus on MEP systems.
• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
