Job Description

The Associate - Performance Marketing role is essential for driving growth and expanding the reach of our brand through effective digital marketing strategies. This position requires an individual who is data-driven, analytical, and possesses a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. As an Associate, you will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and other team members to execute campaigns that align with business objectives, optimizing for key performance metrics such as ROI, CPA, and conversion rates. You'll be expected to engage with creative teams, data analysts, and external marketing agencies to ensure that our marketing efforts are both efficient and impactful.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performances to ensure optimization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging marketing materials and content.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the digital space.
  • Utilize analytics tools to gather and interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure the maximum return on investment for all campaigns.
  • Prepare insightful reports and communicate findings to stakeholders regularly.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to ensure campaign objectives are being met.
  • Implement A/B testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in performance marketing.
  • Support the broader marketing team in driving brand awareness and growth campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with digital marketing regulations and standards in all activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in performance or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven knowledge of marketing channels including PPC, display, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing various digital analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
