Job Description

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial activities and ensuring the efficiency of budgetary operations. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and prepare financial reports. You should be proficient in various accounting software, have excellent organizational skills, and be able to perform high-level complex calculations. Responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation and processing of financial documents and invoices.
  • Coordinate with other departments to streamline financial procedures and processes.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports to support management in decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to assist in strategic planning.
  • Conduct regular reconciliations of both bank statements and internal accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Monitor company accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve them efficiently.
  • Assist in budgeting exercises by providing necessary financial data and analysis.
  • Oversee payroll activities and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Liaise with auditors to facilitate their financial audit processes.
  • Support in the development and implementation of financial control systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions for internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is mandatory.
  • Proven experience within an accounting or financial role for at least 3 years.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is required.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial for this role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
