Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of professional architectural experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and high-quality architectural work.
• Proven experience in managing complex architectural projects successfully.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills for multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
• Licensed architect preferred or ability to obtain a license.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project objectives.
