As an Account Executive in Talent Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with clients and offering innovative talent acquisition solutions. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the talent solutions market.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective and current clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions on CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets by effectively selling talent solutions services.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and business strategies.
  • Participate actively in networking events and trade shows to increase brand presence.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in similar client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
