Job Description

As a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Executive, you will play a vital role in driving online visibility and business growth through strategic paid search campaigns. Your main goal will be to maximize the return on investment for our online advertising spend and ensure targeted traffic reaches our clients' websites. This role requires a deep understanding of SEM and pay-per-click (PPC) strategies, as well as hands-on experience with SEM tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other analytical platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize online campaign strategies across different search engines. Your analytical skills and data-driven mindset will help in making informed decisions that enhance SEM strategies, ultimately contributing to the company's objectives and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEM campaigns to achieve business objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to optimize campaign performance across search engines.
  • Create compelling ad copy that aligns with brand messaging and target audience interests.
  • Monitor and analyze SEM campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEM efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools to generate reports and insights on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with SEM trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and insights for SEM improvements.
  • Manage budgets for SEM campaigns and ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend.
  • Implement conversion tracking and analyze performance metrics to guide optimization efforts.
  • Conduct A/B testing to determine the best-performing ad variations and enhance strategies.
  • Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing SEM campaigns and utilizing PPC strategies effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in SEM tools like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication skills to clearly convey insights and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the capability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
