We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Officer specializing in Digital Banking to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, and your main objective will be to foster relationships while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will leverage your expertise in digital banking solutions to guide clients through various service offerings, enhance their financial wellbeing, and ensure seamless banking experiences. Your ability to identify client needs, provide personalized solutions, and resolve issues swiftly will be crucial. This role requires a professional who is adaptable, tech-savvy, and has a deep understanding of modern digital banking tools and platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients to understand their digital banking needs.
  • Provide expert advice on digital banking products and services to clients.

  • Proactively address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to digital banking.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in digital banking technologies.

  • Conduct training sessions for clients on the use of digital banking platforms.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital banking strategies and projects.
  • Monitor client feedback and take appropriate actions to improve service delivery.
  • Identify and escalate complex digital banking issues to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for the promotion of digital banking products.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and banking activities for quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the banking sector, focusing on digital technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client interactions and requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service mindset.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking products, services, and related technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital banking platforms is highly beneficial.
