UI UX Designer

About This Position

Were looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into interactive layouts. We aim to delight users with a simple and functional design. If you’re a strong creative thinker, constantly curious, and can’t stand users having anything less than a stellar experience, we want to hear from you!

What are you going to do?

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to drive design improvements.
• Analyze user data and behavior to create data-informed design solutions.
• Build wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI designs using Figma or similar tools.
• Use Adobe Premiere Pro for editing design explainers, motion snippets, or product walkthroughs (as needed).
• Work cross-functionally with Project Managers, Developers, QA, SEO and other teams.
• Maintain design consistency by contributing to the design system and component library.
• Mastery of Figma and other modern design tools (bonus points if you geek out on design systems and micro-animations).
  
  

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX Designing.
• An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in interaction, visual design, Color theory , typography and ideation.
• Mastery of Figma and other modern design tools (bonus points if you geek out on design systems).
• Experience designing digital products and systems, not just websites. You have helped build products.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and interaction design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
