Key Responsibilities
Survey Design & Execution: Plan and conduct surveys across multiple methodologies including CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing), face-to-face interviews, and online/web surveys, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Questionnaire Optimization: Collaborate with team to refine/build survey questionnaire and discussion guide for better clarity, engagement, and response quality.
Insights & Analysis: Assist in cleaning, coding, and analyzing survey data to identify patterns, behaviors, and actionable insights.
Reporting & Storytelling: Contribute to creating structured reports, presentations, and executive summaries highlighting key findings.
Dashboard Development: Support creation of interactive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI) for real-time tracking and client-ready insights.
Process Improvement: Provide recommendations to enhance project efficiency, experience, and overall research workflows.
Assist in curating the scope of work and contribute to proposal development for survey-based research projects.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in the survey research domain (Mandatory)
Willingness for local and international on-field travel
Strong skills in post-survey data analysis and reporting
Experience with dashboarding and visualization (Power BI preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
