Lutron’s Gurgaon team is seeking a technically driven professional to lead our Salesforce support team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to solve complex business challenges and deliver high-quality resolutions supporting the business with Salesforce. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of skilled Computer Science and IT professionals, contributing to innovative projects that support our global operations and enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Information Technology Specialist at Lutron you will:
Work across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, Marketing, B2B Commerce, Revenue Cloud and Field Service
Interact with users across various Lutron business units and regions, solving their Salesforce-specific technical issues and providing new features to improve business processes
Work across all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
Interface with other Salesforce developers, testers, and architects to solve user issues or implement/support new capabilities
Collaborate with team members using strong written and verbal communication skills
provide technical support and guidance to the team on the day-to-day support tasks
Plan and run the training and onboarding plans for new team members
Provide day-to-day supervision to the team members
Identify, suggest and drive process improvements

Qualifications
Does this sound interesting to you? If it does, Lutron is looking for candidates with the following criteria:
Minimum 3-year degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with a 60% and above, or a 4-year degree in engineering/technology
5-8-year experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator
Knowledge and experience of software development processes and best practices (Agile or Scrum)
Experience with leading functional teams will be a strong plus
A proactive attitude to platform enhancements and desire to implement best practice solutions
Proven problem-solving and strong written and communication skills
Proven service mind-set
Proven attention to details
Salesforce certifications and Trailhead learnings are preferred
