Within the Services organization, this role sits within the Business & Markets Insights (BMI) organization. The Business & Market Insights vertical is focused on creating products and solutions that create value for customers through Analytics, Insights, Business Experimentation, and Payment Consulting & Innovation.

The BMI’s global product team is seeking an accomplished Manager to lead the evolution of its Mastercard Portfolio Intelligence products.

Mastercard Portfolio Intelligence team is at the heart of a business intelligence eco-system built on a universe of Mastercard data and payment insights. It helps customers across the globe make smarter decisions, stay competitive, and embrace new trends. We are currently on a transformation journey to further evolve our platforms, this is a great opportunity to be part of a high-growth, diverse, agile and innovative team.

Role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to increase usage and achieve revenue targets across platforms.
  • Identify new market opportunities and digital channels to expand Portfolio Intelligence product’s reach.
  • Develops creative content for application in marketing strategies, including thought leadership content and communication of subject matter expertise
  • Work with product managers to align engagement goals with product features and roadmap.
  • Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Reports regularly on campaign performance measurement and evaluation, recommending ways to leverage past success and apply to future programs
  • Analyse data, customer behaviour, and market trends to optimize campaigns.
  • Use tools like CRM systems, and BI dashboards to track performance.
  • Recommend communication strategies and promotional plans based on data insights.
  • Partner with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and content.
  • Coordinate with IT and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience across digital platforms.


All About You

  • Extensive experience working on large projects that require a high degree of collaboration with external stakeholders and colleagues across marketing and product areas
  • Acted in a program manager capacity for analyzing data and insights about how to optimize channels/programs
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations to senior team members and articulate a clear point of view
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
