Roles & Responsibilities

Core Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Time: Willing to work in night shift.
• Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, RDS, and other AWS services
• Configure and optimize EC2 instances, auto-scaling groups, and load balancers
• Implement and manage IAM roles, policies, and permissions following security best practices
• Design and maintain Kubernetes deployments on AWS (EKS)
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform for AWS resource provisioning
• Create and maintain Ansible roles for configuration management and application deployment on AWS
• Troubleshoot and resolve AWS-related infrastructure issues, build failures, and deployment problems
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment to AWS environments
• Optimize AWS resource usage and costs
• Participate in on-call rotation and work in shifts as needed to ensure 24/7 system reliability
• Document AWS configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, with at least 5 years focused on AWS
• Deep understanding of AWS services and architecture best practices
• Strong experience with EC2 configuration, optimization, and management
• Expert knowledge of AWS IAM roles, policies, and permission management
• Experience with Kubernetes deployments on AWS (preferably EKS)
• Proficiency with Terraform for AWS infrastructure as code implementation
• Experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex AWS infrastructure issues
• Experience with AWS monitoring and logging services (CloudWatch, CloudTrail)
• Ability to effectively research solutions using technical documentation, AI tools, and other resources
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
