About This Position

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern Java technologies, microservices architecture, and front-end frameworks, along with a solid understanding of databases and containerized deployments.

What are you going to do?

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Drive front-end development using Angular or React for building responsive and dynamic interfaces.
• Design and manage efficient RDBMS and NoSQL data models.
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging Kubernetes and cloud services.
• Ensure applications meet high standards of scalability, performance, and security.
• Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical leadership, and establish best practices.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend new tools/technologies.
  
  

• 10–14 years of proven experience in Java-based application development.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Strong front-end development skills with Angular or React.
• Solid experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
• Strong background in cloud-native development and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
