Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and people-centric HR Executive with 0–1 year of relevant experience, who will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have a passion for employee engagement, internal communication, and building a strong organizational culture. This role requires a proactive mindset, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills to drive various HR initiatives and support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve the Employee Engagement Index by implementing innovative engagement and development initiatives.
  • Drive Learning and Development initiatives across teams.
  • Propose and implement new HR initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
  • Coordinate celebrations for birthdays, festivals, work anniversaries, and company milestones.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Manage employee complaints and grievance redressal in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead the implementation of new platforms to enhance organizational communication and - engagement.
  • Perform a wide variety of human resources and administrative functions.
  • Lead employer branding efforts and manage the company’s presence on social media platforms.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and employee records.
