Description

GlobalLogic is hiring a Generative AI Engineer for its Engineering function. The role focuses on building and deploying GenAI, LLM, and RAG solutions in a hybrid work model.

Role: Generative AI Engineer (4 to 8 years of experience) IRC279043

Location: India - Gurgaon, Noida; Noida / Gurugram GlobalLogic office; Hybrid

Experience

• 4-8 years
• 5-10 years
• Started career with AI/ML or as a Data Scientist and moved into GenAI with LLM and RAG
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying Gen AI and Deep Learning models
• Strong proficiency in Python and core data science libraries
• In-depth knowledge of LLM architecture, training methodologies, and fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA
• Experience with NLP, including text processing and embedding preparation
• Practical experience implementing RAG pipelines and vector databases
• Familiarity with APIs from major AI providers like OpenAI and Google
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced Generative AI solutions
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs for specific use cases
• Develop and integrate RAG systems with external knowledge bases
• Apply Deep Learning and Neural Network expertise to build robust and scalable AI systems
• Use NLP techniques for text classification, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI models from embedding preparation and data preprocessing through deployment and monitoring
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers
• Stay current with the latest advancements, including new models from OpenAI and other research institutions
  
  

Additional Responsibilities

• Work in a hybrid model
• Work from Noida or Gurugram GlobalLogic office
• Work on 5 days working schedule
• Contribute within the Engineering function
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with MLOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or a portfolio of relevant work
• Published research in AI, NLP, or Machine Learning
